Villa del Cielo is an Eco & Wine boutique hotel, which offers comfortable rooms and cabins for 2, 3 or 4 people with its own terrace overlooking our small vineyard or the immensity of mountains between ravines and valleys.
In this closed space but with one of the best views of the hotel, you can enjoy a small heated pool with a pressure jet that will comfort your body and spirit. You can also release toxins in our dry sauna to also achieve the muscular and mental relaxation that is generated within this space.

In our Quebrada the sun shines almost 365 days a year and that is why we think about the comfort of a large lounge chair to charge the great energy of our Quebrada sun while also enjoying our incomparable view.
The small vineyard of Villa del Cielo, planted in 2014, promoted a new project that gave rise to Huichaira Vineyard (@huichairavineyard) 2016, today our main vineyard located in the town of Huichaira, just 5 km from the city of Tilcara . In 2018, Cielo Arriba, our first wine, was born by the renowned Mendocino winemaker Alejandro “colo” Sejanovich.
Huichaira vineyard was formerly called by the neighbors, “Sun of the morning” since its north orientation allows the sun to illuminate it for almost the entire day, something very beneficial for the quality of the vine added to the thermal amplitude due to the extreme altitude of 2710 meters above sea level.
The Quebrada de Humahuaca captivates with its small valleys between majestic mountains of different shapes and colors, in addition to its friendly, hard-working people with an ancient culture. All of this is reflected in our wine.
Today the wines of Jujuy and particularly of the Quebrada de Humahuaca are recognized by important critics and by the national and international market, which places us well positioned on the map of Argentine wine.
CIELO ARRIBA TECHNICAL SHEET
Blend co – fermented from MALBEC, CABERNET FRANC AND SIRHA
Aging: 10 months in used French barrels
Soils: High mountain terrain shows a wide spectrum of colors ranging from red to blue, violet and yellow. Each color represents a different mineral in the soil profile.
Territory: Huichaira, Tilcara, Jujuy. The altitude of these vineyards (2710 meters above sea level) provides very low temperatures that give freshness and elegance to this wine.
Tasting notes: Floral, Herbal and sweet spice aromas. The wine expresses a fine texture, structured tannins and a finish of fresh acidity.

In 2018 Cielo Arriba was born, our first wine by the hand of the renowned Mendoza winemaker Alejandro "colorado" Sejanovich EXPERIENCE N1.- Tour our vineyard, accompanied by our hostess LUZ, and then taste Cielo arriba accompanied by a luxury lunch with regional delicacies among colorful mountains, giant cardones and a deep silence that will surely be kept in the memory of your 5 senses. Duration: 2.30 hours approx. Schedules: Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., to be agreed upon prior reservation with Luz through huichairavineyard@gmail.com. Transportation from the hotel to the Vineyard will be at the guest's expense. Minimum of 8 people
EXPERIENCE N2.- Take a bike tour (difficulty: easy / beginners) guided by the incomparable @jujuyenbici, departing from the hotel and maximum groups of 10 people. You can choose the option of visiting before, the museum in the hills @museoenloscerros, an extraordinary photography museum also located in Huichaira and after finishing the tour in the vineyard, rest and enjoy a small regional snack, the tasting of the sky above is optional and you will only have to add the value of the bottle. Approximate duration: 3 hours. Excursion schedules to be agreed with Villa del Cielo reception staff.
